Intro from Grant:

Let me first start off by saying, just how delighted we are to have been chosen as the new caterer for Dunblane New Golf Club. My experienced team and I are raring to go to bring an all new freshness to the catering at the club.

As I believe some of you know we currently operate the catering facilities at Brucefields Family Golf Centre and also operate our own bakery from a separate premises.

Our company motto is a simple one, "traditional food done well", we pride ourselves on classics such as steak pie, macaroni, fish and chips and more being made with some love, care and attention.

The big changes we look to introduce is a good quality espresso coffee machine which will be prepared by one of our trained barristas to make your preffered beverage, whether it be an Americano, Cappucino or Flat White. We use the finest 100% Arabica coffee beens that are roasted right here in the forth valley.

We hope the most anticipated introduction is our extensive Cake Table that will be placed down in the bar area, stocked with all the finest traditional baked goods from victoria sponge and coffee walnut to millionaire shortbread, empire biscuits and scones.

We hope to make the club a place that you enjoy coming to, to socialise with friends over a cup of coffee and cake or a light lunch even when you're not out on the course hitting balls.

Roast Parsnip SoupServed with bread and butter
Sweet Chilli Prawn Bruschetta - Served with a side salad
Cullen Skink – Served with bread and butter
Cauliflower Bites – Deep fried and served with spicy tomato dip

Traditional Turkey Roast - Served with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Sea Bass – Pan-fried and served with sautéed potatoes and pico-de-gallo salsa
Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle – Served in a creamy cheese sauce topped with a herb crust
Chicken Balmoral – Whisky sauce, skirlie and seasoned chips

Cranachan – The traditional Scottish dessert
Traditional Christmas Pudding – Served with brandy cream
Sticky Toffee Pudding – Served with vanilla ice cream
Fruit Cocktail – Diced fresh fruit in fruit juices.
