Tee Time booking

Please note that the new website will require you to REGISTER if you want to book tee times online via the new Tee Reservation system. To do this go to Members Booking (Left Panel) and after that click Register. This will generate an email to the Club and all current Members who are fully paid up will be authorised to book tee times online. You will receive an email confirmation (you need a valid email address so that the system can confirm your tee times)

Website Registration

To view the Members Only area members need to register. (This section currently does not have any significant data so do not worry if you do not have access). However, to help members (and to avoid unnnecessary work) , we have already created user records for members on the website of the appropriate seculity level. This was based on a members list provided in December 2009. Your logon to the website will be your unique ID (card number) and all the passwords have been set to golf1. It is suggested that after you have registered for tee booking you logon to the website and change your website logon to the same password as the Tee Reservation system. These are 2 separate systems even though they are accessed through the same webiste. We are talking to the providers of the Tee Reservation system so that we can co-ordinate user records  (i.e. when you change your details on one system , they automatically synchronise to the other systems) . However until this is agreed you will have to maintain the two logons yourself. It's better to make them the same - less hassle for you, and when they do synchronise , less problems with reconciliation

If you have any problems with this, or any other issue, please submit a query on the DNGC Contact Manager System. This is available via Contact / Submit a query, and make the Category "Website Issue" from the drop down menu
